Pastor Samantha

Pastor Dowdy began serving the Lord in her youth through various auxiliaries and ministries. After much prayer and introspect, she felt the hand of the Lord gravitating her toward the gospel ministry. She answered the call of God at the age of 17. She preached her initial sermon at Union Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Pageland, SC in November 1984.

She is a chosen vessel and her ministry gift has been a blessing to the Body of Christ. The journey of ministry has taken her far, both spiritually and geographically, gaining much wisdom and experience along the way.

Pastor Dowdy is a graduate of Bethel Bible College and Seminary where she received her Bachelor’s Degree of Biblical Studies.

She serves the Lord with zeal and passion for excellence in ministry. She is active in various areas of ministry. Pastor Dowdy is the Founder and CEO of Kingdom Women’s Empowerment Leadership (KWEL). She serves as Director of Operations for Kingdom Impact Ministries Apostolic Network under the leadership of Bishop Derek D. Kelly. Pastor Dowdy is a member of the United Christians Faith in Action Alliance, headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland where she serves as Executive Board Member and Conference Facilitator. She has also serves as co-host of the National TV/Talk show, “View from the Pew”, Atlanta, GA.

God has placed potential, vision and purpose down in the spirit of Pastor Dowdy. The manifestation of that seed came forth in 2003 with the birth of Higher Dimensions Worship Center, Southern Pines, NC, and again in 2009 Higher Dimensions Christian Center, Pageland, SC.

In this final hour God is using Pastor Dowdy as a liaison to bridge, connect and network the Body of Christ. She has been affectionately called a spiritual catalyst as she strives to inspire and motivate God’s people to propel into their destiny and reach for their next level in Christ Jesus.
